Johnny Britt is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, producer, trumpeter, arranger, and composer in the entertainment industry. Johnny has worked behind the scenes in the recording studio or live on stage with some of the biggest artists and musical projects such as: Josh Groban, David Bowie, Jennifer Lopez, The Temptations, Little Anthony & The Imperials, Maxwell, Peabo Bryson, Quincy Jones, Peter White, Paul Brown, Nils, Gerald Albright, Norman Brown, Luther Vandross, Anne Lennox, Dionne Warwick, Kashif, Norman Conners, The Winans, Aaron Neville, Najee, Harvey Mason Jr., Boney James, Marcus Miller, Take 6. His list of who’s who music greats goes on and on. Johnny has appeared in films or has worked on major motion picture music soundtracks La La Land, Hidden Figures, Adam Sandler’s Sandy Wexler, Dunkirk, The Little Richard Story, and Marshall: The Thurgood Marshall Story. He was also the music director and vocal trainer for the award- winning film series The Temptations and The Little Richard Story.

Fluent in French, classically trained, you may also see or hear him during the Oscars. Johnny is also one fourth member of the Rock & Roll Fame group, Little Anthony & The Imperials and regularly tours nationally and internationally.

He is the founding member behind the critically acclaimed groundbreaking group Impromp2. The
group infused Jazz, Hip Hop, Rap and R&B. They reached #1 status in the UK Soul Charts and
was signed to Motown Mojazz Records. Impromp2 recorded four albums. The group performed at
The White House for President Bill Clinton as well as the 1997 Olympic Games, in Atlanta. On his latest album ‘AFTER WE PLAY’, Johnny wrote, composed, sings lead, background vocals and is the arranger, producer, and sound mixer. Johnny played all instruments, as well as programmed the beats on many of the tracks. As with most of his albums, Johnny has some star- power on this release.

In addition to his music and film career, Johnny hosts his popular international radio show ‘THE
TURNTABLE’, on London’s Solar Radio Network. The show features Jazz, Smooth Jazz, and R&B
recording artists that he admires or whom he may have shared the stage. Johnny adds author to his
